Captain Tim was amazing. We had a late start to the experience because our food delivery didn't arrive as expected. Tim was so helpful during this ordeal. He helped take us to the local supermarket and extended our experience by an hour to make up for the lost time. He was every bit empathetic and wanted to deliver a very hospitable experience for our group. What a host!
